Seeking to regain its position as the leader in its category, TrackMyMail – a division of Pitney Bowes – contracted Create & Associates to be its agency for marketing and design services.

Within less than a year, TrackMyMail had transformed its communications: sending out a monthly e-blast campaign, developing a unique presence at trade shows, promoting itself through new presentation materials, and delivering revamped collateral sales pieces to its customers and prospects.

In the course of managing all these projects, Create & Associates also worked closely with the client to develop a new website that updates the division’s image, emphasizes its new branding, and increases its accessibility to its many customers.

When IPMR decided to build a gold refinery in Abu Dhabi, they came to Create & Associates to give them a unique brand, image and positioning.   

Through in-depth discussions with the client, we learned that the faster a customer can get its gold to market, the better.  With that in mind, we branded the new facility around efficiency.

 All communications created for IPMR – the website, brochures, logo advertising and trade show materials – centered around the efficiency concept, highlighting the new refinery’s strategic location near the world’s major gold markets, advanced processing technology and speed of transactions.  The client was so pleased with the work that we were soon completing projects with several other divisions in their organization.

The owners of Bungalow Bebe knew what they wanted: style and charm, ease of use, and a branded identity that put them on par with national retailers like Tea Collection and Baby Gap. We listened closely and developed an e-commerce site that works like a storefront window. The fashions and babies are center stage, visitors are pulled in through new keywords selected for Search Engine Optimization (SEO, and promotions are highlighted right on the landing page. And by  designing the new site in WordPress, Create and Associates made content management convenient.  Now the client can edit words, pictures, prices, and coupons on their own, and call on Cecile and her team for larger updates.

Once the new site was launched, traffic rose exponentially.  Several lines sold out completely, and Bungalow Bebe has just asked Create & Associates to update the site with the new Spring collection.  That means a new wave of photographs, a fresh design for the new season, and a whole new cast of adorable babies.

Direct Source Packaging (DSP) is a subsidiary of a well-established global packaging company. Its strategy is to present its brand as upscale and contemporary, appealing to their exclusive customer base: designers, fashion-conscious brand managers and bottom-line oriented purchasing managers at large retail organizations.

Challenge: Create a clean, innovative, contemporary look as the core of their brand identity. Incorporate this look and packaging techniques available to the customers into the design of the sample media/product kit, the trade show booth, holiday card and website.

To reflect Caperberry’s true upscale style and panache, Create & Associates  designed a new website that showcased the caterer’s magnificent presentation and delectable, award-winning cuisine. Working with unique photos taken on location, the site portrays the romance and historic elegance of the classic locations where Caperberry stages its events. The new website has significantly increased traffic, bringing new clients and opportunities to this local Westchester institution.

In 2009 we designed, illustrated, produced the book: Eco-effect: The Greening of Money for the Children Financial Network. The book is filled with ECO-Action Activities to “Green” your home, school, and life and also save money along the way! The book is unique because its design will illustrate how you and your children can create an ECHO. Adults read the book one way and flip it over so their kids can read it the other way.

In 2010 we followed the brand evolution and developed an unusual , highly creative WordPress site for Neale Godfrey and the Children Financial Network, taking advantage of the inherent flexibility of the platform and our own team’s deep knowledge of the tool . As you can see by this example, WordPress can be customized to suit a wide range of industries and requirements, from multimedia rich sites to easily updatable order management systems.

Marriott’s Renaissance Westchester NY hotel was booking rooms at or near capacity year round. However, despite all these potential customers, the hotel’s restaurant was outdated. The stodgy appearance drove customers away from the hotel to local area restaurants, creating a lost of revenues.

CHALLENGE:

Brand 80 West, the revamped restaurant, as a chic hip seafood eatery. Create all launch materials to successfully source business from hotel guests, as well as area residents.

RESULTS:

We designed all launch materials including numerous in-hotel and local advertising all in sync with new the branding. Restaurant reviews by experts as well as customers rave about the ambiance as well as the food. Hotel guests are now staying in for meals in the restaurant or in their rooms

SITUATION:

Create & Associates, Inc. has enjoyed a long-term relationship with the Scotto family, owners of the renowned Italian restaurant Fresco by The Scotto Family in New York City and the catering branch: Fresco on the Go. The Scotto’s are expanding the Fresco on the Go take out brand to include several eat-in/take out restaurants through out Manhattan and out of state.

CHALLENGE:

Develop a distinct identity for the new Fresco on the Go franchise that also leverages the quality associated with the Fresco name.

RESULTS:

The redesign included the Fresco on the Go logo, menus, promotional items and their food packaging. The second Fresco on the Go restaurant is scheduled to open in July 2008 on Wall Street.

Create & Associates, Inc. has been honored to design and produce marketing and promotional collateral for the scanner and color printer division of Canon USA for 17 years. In addition to providing design services for the marketing services department, we have provided design for the scanner product group, internet marketing, E- banner concept and production, direct mail creative, trade show advertising and more.

SITUATION:

Create & Associates worked with St Luke’s marketing and development office for many years. St Luke’s is a well established independent school for grades 5-12 located in New Canaan, CT. We were awarded the task of redesigning their recruitment materials to aid in increasing student enrollment.

CHALLENGE:

Redesign the Viewbook, the brochure that highlights the benefits of the school with the goal of convincing parents and prospective students that St.Luke’s is the right place for them.

RESULTS:

The redesigned Viewbook was well received and is considered to be an integral part of their recruitment process.

Client: Kifu – Software to simplify non-profit management

Project: Website, branding, marketing

Challenge: Develop a website and complimentary user interface for a new software product to manage a non-profit community and its events. Frustrated with cumbersome and inflexible older products, our client saw the need for a system that was intuitive, easy to use, and that fit with the way its customers did their jobs. And, given the financial challenges that so many non-profit organizations face, our client wanted to create a product that was affordable and simple to operate.

Results: Kifu is unlike any product on the market, and early feedback from beta customers has been excellent. They particularly like the seamless nature of the product and the simplicity with which it manages their day-to-day functions. We created a clean, innovative, contemporary look as the core of their brand identity. The unique logo colors,shapes and brand identity into the interface and website.
